Tabletop display space and/or sponsorship at the MWQA Annual Convention. Vendor fair is on October 7, 2025 only, from 11 a.m. - noon between seminars and lunch hour, and from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. during a cocktail reception.

Please note that we have added a fee to cover MWQA's cost of processing payments via credit card. To avoid paying the fee, feel free to pay via check or direct debit. Contact us for more information or to obtain an invoice.

Registration costs are itemized as follows:
Tabletop & Reception: $350 + $10.50 fee
Tabletop & Convention Package: $400 + $12 fee
Convention Sponsorships: $250 + $7.50 fee; $500 plus $15 fee; $1000 plus $30 fee.
